[Fiware-challenges] We have updated our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions

We inform you that on 15th December 2017, FIWARE Foundation, e.V. is the new Data Controller of this site. For this reason, we have updated our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy to reflect the change of ownership from Telefónica Investigación y Desarrollo S.A.U. to FIWARE Foundation, e.V. of the FIWARE brand and all of its related elements. These changes are needed to provide you with better services improving, even more, your FIWARE experience. These updates are effective as of today.
 
Here is a summary of the changes and some additional information on why such changes have being made:
Privacy Policy, a clear explanation of the data we collect, the purpose of such collection, and how to access to us.
Terms & Conditions, change legislation and applicable jurisdiction to Germany.
If you continue using our services, you agree to be bound by those new Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you decide not to continue with us due to those changes, we will feel sad, but you can always unsubscribe and request to cancel your data from all of our data processing systems by writing an email to
fiware-personaldataprotection at lists.fiware.org

Through this address, you can also exercise your rights of access, opposition and rectification of your data.
