[Fiware-challenges] FIWARE challenges

Hi,

I am a student at Aarhus Univeristy in Denmark. I am enrolled in the
elite module in digital transformation within the department of management.

I am currently working on a project at the university, where I am
investigating how a Danish municipality can utilize an open source platform
such as FIWARE.

I have found several best practices on the website. However, I would
appreciate insights into the difficulties of implementing such a platform.
This is both in terms of the technical aspect but more so in terms of the
organisational difficulties and resistance you may have experienced in the
implementation of any of the pilot projects.

I am hoping that you can provide some insights, and I would love to set up
a short virtual meeting to discuss.
