[Fiware-chapter-active-contributors] Candidates for FIWARE TSC elections

Dear all,

   Please find below a summary of candidatures for the different chapters.

   You can also find the candidatures, including the "candidature pitch" 
from all participants in the following shared google docs

   We received up to 39 candidatures!  this brings good feelings 
regarding engagement of the community.

   In a quick look, I have found that there are some chapters for which 
the candidates will be directly elected, no need to vote (there were <=2 
candidates).

   I'll come with an analysis in a while to determine what elections 
require voting and start setting up the voting system which I hope will 
get ready along today.
