Dear Partners,

Please, find below the general retrospective from Sprint 4.1.2 at : http://jira.fi-ware.org/browse/COR-113

General Retrospective
1 - What went well

  * JIRA perceived as a great improvement, and it's well configured
  * the role of the agile manager perceived positively
  * better organization of actitivies, better performance, better identification of targets
  * increased pressure helped us to get a dedicated manager and resources for the project
  * quick and fruitful discussion with FIWARE friendly testers through JIRA
  * good input from bugs received from the help-desk
2 - What to improve
JIRA

  * learn about jira and their process
  * too excesive communication on JIRA
  *   provide JIRA FAQ
  * some issues go by email, some other by jira
FILAB

  * many difficulties with FILAB - its stability, its availability,
  * tools to monitor FILAB would help a lot to know what's going on
  * information to learn how to deploy in FILAB is scattered, and learning curve is too long
HELP-DESK

  * many issues from the help-desk, clonning, updating, etc is cumbersome
  * more feedback from external users (friendly testers) would be appreciated
  * modify workflow so that bug issues notify the verifier about availability for testing
  *   template on bug reporting
OTHERS

  * difficulty to integrate new partners to FIWARE way of working
  * late guidelines for the technical roadmap
  * not well addressed the overlapping with closing FIWARE phase I
  * don't like fiware naming convention
  * don't know well how to use features and stories
