Hi all,

  I have setup an online meeting with Lync.   Hopefully this will work fine for sharing the screen.

  Chapter leaders and architects should have already received an invitation, but in any case and for the rest, here you have the URL you should open in your browser to access the meeting:

  The meeting should be open already, so you may try to connect and check that everything is ok prior to the meeting.

  Note that Lync doesn't work on any browser and operating system.   Here you have the combination of suitable platforms ("Se admite" = "Allowed"; "No se admite" = "Not allowed"):

  You may need to install silverlight from Microsoft first, that's why I suggest that you try before connecting to the meeting.
