[Fiware-chapter-architects] Agile dynamic - Closing sprint 4.1.2

Dear Manuel, all,

I might have missed this -- but I don't recall a discussion (and/or a 
decision) on the exact process you are describing.
In particular, I wonder whether this is the best approach to 
demonstrations -- 3 hours, 20 min per chapter, etc.. 
Would appreciate if you could clarify.

Dear Partners,
 
We?re reaching the end of sprint 4.1.2 this week: deadline: 30.November.
 
I?ve created for you the corresponding work items in your backlogs for 
this activity all being rooted on:
http://jira.fi-ware.org/browse/COR-113 assigned to me. 
 
Activities requested to close sprint 4.1.2
1.       Close backlogs issues finished during the sprint
2.       Attendance to sprint closing meeting - when? ? Retrospective
3.       Demo for next Monday
4.       Sprint Closing - review
 
Therefore, I?ll be attending your weekly meetings. I?d appreciate you had 
you backlogs updated for the meeting so that only those running issues are 
pending until day 30 ? which is the deadline
 
Please, take into consideration, the retrospective ? I?ll requesting a 
comment from each GE Owner with two statements:
·         What went well
·         What to improve
 
Please, take into consideration the demo sprint meeting to be organised 
for next Monday Morning from 10:00 to 13:00. 
We?re 9 development chapters ? so 20 minutes for each chapter are 
possible. 
This 20 minutes are structured as follows: 
·         5 minutes ?> Context: Current position in chapter roadmap
·         12 minutes -> Demo 
·         3 minutes -> Comments/Questions
 
Additionally, I?ll be adding a review on your backlog work items as done 
for the sprint planning.
