[Fiware-chapter-architects] Backlog - Trackers available - missing component owners - and first issue creation

Dear Partners,

I'm just finished the configuration of JIRA trackers for the different chapters and working groups, so I've sent last missing invitations this morning. Please, accept them to that I can close this configuration stage.

All issue types and its corresponding workflows and screen are available. If you found any issue, please, create an issue at this tracker for the JIRA component: http://jira.fi-ware.org/browse/SUPP

Please, be aware that all trackers HAVE to HAVE some issues created this week.
You can check I've already done it for the Agile Dynamic and Backlog Management component at the Coordination Tracker, where I'll be reporting all related activity
