Hi Miguel.

I could not make it today, so please handle our participation with the
enclosed feedback.

I have gone through the agenda and this is our feedback to the items that
involve the Press Office and/or OgilvyOne as a partner:


1. Status of Deliverable D42.1.1.

Apologies for delay - it is not our performance standar to be 1 month+ late
and will not happen again.
Late due to various reasons - specially workload on closing old FIWARE
budget (Ammendment 8 implied an extra effort to exhaust extra budget
assigned to Ogilvy) & also internal reorganisation of FIWARE team.

Deliverable completed now at 80%. Draft will be finished tomorrow and sent
to TID for review Wed 14 latest. In parallel an internal review at Ogilvy
will be performed. Estimated sending date to EC: Friday 16th EOB.

2. Old FIWARE Deliverable on Disemmination (WP12)

Received structure and content assignment from Carlos Ralli (TID) today.
Deadline Jaunary 31st. Ogilvy will send its contribution by Fri 23rd latest.

There will be cross references between this deliverable and D42.1.1 of
current project as work has overlapped from September to December in both
projects.

3. JIRA Status Press Office.

The changes in the team happened in December 2014 prevented us to assign
reponsibles until all responsibilities had been set for this year
internally. Now this work is done and JIRA responsibles by task will be set
by Tue 13th EOB. Also new tickets will be issued to cover new items and old
tickets will be updated or closed accordingly by Fri 16th latest.

Again our apologies for the delays and for not being able to attend today's
meeting.
