[Fiware-chapter-architects] Backlog reviews for release 4.2 and sprint 4.2.1

Dear Partners,

I've just finished the backlog reviews for the running sprint and release.

The comments have been added to the corresponding issues rooted at http://jira.fi-ware.org/browse/COR-174, please, take them into consideration.

Two main risk have been created as a consequence:
IOT - Lack of leadership - http://jira.fi-ware.org/browse/COR-188
                Thierry - I think it's important your quick cooperation to overcome it, which is impacting everything at the IOT chapter. We couldn't hold the sprint planning meeting, some GEI owner doesn't even know issues should be created in JIRA reflecting the roadmap.

WebUI - No consideration for the technical roadmap - http://jira.fi-ware.org/browse/COR-191
                Philipp - I think it's important your quick cooperation to overcome it, the Technical Roadmap is already delayed 50 days, and the chapter doesn't show any reaction to it despite the awareness created during the sprint planning meeting.
