We are looking into it. If we conclude that we can do this, keeping the results for a number of years after receiving the last payment may be a strong requirement (we just asked the legal dpt).

Regarding the developer guidelines, I have a relevant question coming from one of the GE owners in my Chapter (Security). The MUST guidelines says to use Github and gives a link to github.com.
But is it OK to use another instance of github – different from github.com - that is already publicly available on the web, and offers the same features (at least the ones mentioned in the guidelines) ?
For example, our partner ZHAW is using this one for their development:

…and not willing to switch to the US-owned instance on github.com if I may say.

As discussed in today's call, we have a first draft of the procedures to deliver sw. We have prepared the draft here:

It is not 100% complete (binaries, for instance) but it is good enough to see if this suits us, as we believe.
