The one who warned in advance was Pascal. Your message came one minute
after the start time, it clarified but not early enough to reschedule. :)
The event was moved to last Sunday in Spain and I believe that most of
the local population are not aware of the event these days. Things
change ...
Never mind, it seems that all assumed that this was a holiday everywhere.
