Dear Colleagues

It is again time to think about the exploitation in FIWARE, as the following deliverable needs to be submitted in less than a month. I need your contributions to the final WP3.3.1 deliverables before the 25th September. What we expect mainly from you to complete into the deliverable is the following:

1.       Individual exploitation plans: WPLs Please circulate it among the partners involved in each domain
·         Partners involved: TID, ORANGE, ENGINEERING, ATOS ,TI, IBM, CONSOFT, THALES COMMUNICATIONS & SECURITY, THALES SERVICES, NEC, CREATE-NET, CYBERLIGHTNING, ADMINOTECH, ETXE-TAR, EPROS, NAVEATEC,UPM, ZHAW, DFKI, UNIVERSITY OF SURREY, RED.es, ILB, TRENTINO Network
·         All the individual exploitation plans should be described in the Annex 1 of the D3.3.1 and this is the content to complete by each partner:
·         Identification of FIWARE Business/Transfer Opportunities
·         Engagement FIWARE outcomes with their corporate strategy. Regarding your own GEs or in combination with other GEs (Instances).
·         Potential Addressable Market and Go to Market Strategy
·         In which ecosystems/sectors are the industrial partners going to focus or prioritize?
·         Describe the main Contacts in Cities, Industry and Internal....
·         Value Proposition for the Partner
·         From a technical, commercial and strategic point of view
·         User Needs and Expectations (Feedback from users/cities, developers, other projects...........)
·         Which advantages we expect when using FIWARE in their projects?
·         Feedback received from users
·         Contribution to the Open Source Community and its Expansion
·         Membership or how are you going to participate?
·         Incubated GEs: Potential new assets to incorporate?
·         How to help to improve/cause OSC´s impact?

2.       Shared  Exploitation Plan
·         Partners involved: TID, ORANGE, ENGINEERING, ATOS
·         Review each initial TOC and take into account the major last review points regarding exploitation and described in the introduction. Please provide some feedback
·         Following the CORE Group there is a list of responsibilities among the parties:
·         Telefonica: Leadership of FIWARE technical evolution. OK
·         Orange: Leadership of competitive analysis of smart city market. Is there any analysis available to introduce?
·         Engineering: Leadership of app-stores on top of FIWARE and associated ecosystem. Something to include?
·         Atos: Leadership of business model definition for smart city. Done and included
