This is the official submission of  the following deliverable of WP41 in the project FIWARE continuation (FI-Core):

  *   D.41.1 Project Management Handbook

The document is attached to this message and also publicly available on:

We are aware that the deliverable is late but things have been evolving to a vast extent in the past months and the goal of this document is to show what we are actually doing. Now that we perfectly know the low level detail of what we want to do and how, we feel that we can deliver a good account of it in the document. We are hoping that what can be read here is taken as a sign that we are making an honest effort to improve our way of working by adopting a fresher approach (github, apiary, docker...).
