[Fiware-chapter-architects] Request for a directive on Linux Distributions supported

Docker solves this issue. Several GEs can be installed on the same host/VM 
without worrying about compatibility/conflicts.

We received a question on

Which requires an agreement or directive on the Linux Distributions FIWARE 
supports. 
Please, take this topic for discussion and agreement.
 
Once decided, please, let me know so that answering this question is 
possible. Or direct answer from the architects is also welcome.
