[Fiware-chapter-architects] md2pdf NOT COMPATIBLE with manuals in reST (supported by readthedocs.org)

Hello Jose and Miguel,
I have an issue with the new md2pdftool recently announced, therefore with delivering manuals with it. Some of the GE owners (me included) wrote the sources of the manuals NOT in Markdown, but in reST, aka restructuredText (.rst), that is the other format supported by readthedocs.org (actually the first one proposed on the readthedocs manual). In the summary of R4 guidelines [1], I did not find any MUST guideline saying to write manuals in Markdown. So what are our options?

1.       Could you provide a rst2pdftool as well (supporting rst)?

2.       Or could the PDF export of the readthedocs.org be enough?

3.       …?

Thanks for the support. I put the chapters lists in CC in case other chapters have the same issue and have any tip to solve this, besides re-writing everything in the new format.

I have been discussing the approach of today's call with Manuel. We will have a quick and straight to the point meeting, just looking at the status of the reporting and the deliverables.  Manuel is discharged from coming since the backlog and other issues that he handles will not be part of the agenda.
