I don't mind canceling the administrative meeting, but as has been proposed also by a few other people, I think we need to hold a technical meeting with an extended architecture board to discuss pressing cross-project issues , among which the evolution of the APIs and data models

Dear Chapter Leaders,

Given I'm meeting with you all along the week, and the highest priority for my content is delivering Tech staff to the EC, in addition to planning current sprint and release, I propose to cancel the management meeting unless any objection arises.
I strongly propose to use the time to get the missing deliverables ready for delivery.

I understand there strategic topics to be discussed but I cannot assess how urgent they are or whether you are ready to address them today.
If so, then we can keep the meeting. Then, please react by objecting to cancelation.
