Hi Miguel, Mostly good again, thanks. My point was NOT the content, of whether the redress has merit or not (rather not, as I said). And it was NOT about the documents about the content (the relevant ones were attached/linked, thanks). It was also NOT about how the decision has been made (thus unrelated to Barbara). My point was that it was not made clear what the vote really was about and what it was based on: I think for such votes should be more clearly formulated what the basis for the vote is (it referred to the PCC but the definition of the PCC does not list redress, but it comes somewhat close, when talking about "funding decisions", this could simply be mentioned so its clear why we are voting the way we are voting). The other point is that there was no clear formulation of what the eact formulation of the question is that we are voting on. I would consider both of those to be key aspects when asking for a vote. But I hope I answered them in the right way and so all is fine. However, if you disagree with how I interpreted your email in the sense above, please let me know.
