I modified the names of the voters a bit as I saw company names (but of course the votes remained unchanged)  - you do not vote as DFKI, TID or whatever, you vote in quality of WPL or WPA. This is what I reflected in the changes.

Dear Barbara,

I have just closed the vote that we opened on doodle to decide on the redress(http://doodle.com/poll/b9rgkuxi3uebhnci). I proposed a simplified approach. As it seems that they do not have a case, the first vote the coordination proposed was to see first if more thorough consideration applies or not. If the vote had resulted in an acceptance of the redress, we would have undertaken further steps to address it.

The options were therefore Reject orAccept. Reject was unanimously the option of choice. 18 people voted (I am not sure if Juanjo's vote counts twice as tech coordinator and tech leader) but in any case the ones who did not vote are:

  *   Pablo Honrubia (dissemination leader)
  *   Cyril Dangerville (Security WPA)
  *   Thomas M. Bohnert  (WPA I2ND)
  *   Joel Riga (sustainability WPL)
  *   Stefano de Panfilis (WPL FIWARE Lab)

I guess that the level of adherence to the PCC vote is enough.

I attach the pdf with a printout of the doodle vote for traceability reasons, in case it disappears from the doodle website.

Is this enough to proceed and communicate to the proposer that his claim was rejected? I guess that some sort of formal sentence strengthening that the evaluators are renowned, followed a objective procedure, etc. would not hurt.

I am on leave from tomorrow until the 8th or 11th of April, I may not be able to reply until then.
