Dear all,
We have been following up with Ragnar and the approach is radically
shifting towards a lighter and more agile approach. Yesterday we had a
frank and rather positive conversation. It was between Juanjo, myself
and Ragnar. Highlights:
* My (subjective) impression is that Ragnar seems satisfied with our
work and that a probable scenario is a not too complex review. No
particular concerns came up in our brief talk on the general status
* Ragnar does not want a long one, in fact he's asking for an even
shorter meeting that before, just 1 single day. Our part would
simply be structured as
o 1) Overview of the project
o 2) Status of the priorities for the project end (marketplace,
OASC, etc.)
o 3) The way forward, also with some bits on dissemination and
sustainability. Definitely, *not* the WP-by-WP approach.
* He is asking for a reduced team, something between 5 and 7 people.
The minimum team, in my opinion, is: Juanjo, Stefano, myself,
someone from standardization (Juan Bareño? José Manuel Cantera?) and
someone from Ogilvy.
* As for the others, we will not push people to come in a particularly
enthusiastic manner - but of course you have the formal right to do so
Ragnar is still dubious about dates (we are proposing some, possibly
13/March or 27/March) and part of the reviewers are pulling out for
various reasons. So the date and the review team is still an unknown.
This is all I know from now. I will continue reporting on future
developments.
Regards,
Miguel
