When should we expect a preliminary agenda for the review?
In particular, do we expect slots per individual technical chapters,
potentially elaborating on status of individual GEs?
This may help us decide on proper representation at the review.

Once Wednesday is over, I see a winner in our poll:

Feb, 21 - Rehearsal
Feb, 22 - FI-Core Review (1st day )
Feb, 23 - FI-Core Review (2nd day) - the PO anticipated that it will be
half a day
I am sending this proposal to the PO and let us see if it is suitable.
One more item to close. I will issue and invite to Juanjo since no one has
objected. But I did not realise that Stefano is in a similar situation. I
intend to count on him if he accepts to come with us. It's for the good of
the project but if anyone has objections to this, please express them
before the end of the week (Friday at 3pm)

I spoke to Juanjo and although he's not formally part of the consortium, I
want to invite him to the event as an extremely relevant part of this. It
definitely goes in favour of FI-Core to have him with us. If someone has
