Dear Miguel,

Unfortunately I have a problem with the availability of the intended experts. The date might be ok, but since I have to finalise which the experts will be the possibility of having the review in three weeks appear small.

I suggest you wait until Wednesday and if I am not able to confirm the 22-23/2 by then we will have to consider alternative dates.
