[Fiware-chapter-contributors] Welcome New TSC

Dear all,

Let me introduce to you the newly elected Technical Steering Committee. We
also had some changes in platinum members seats - platinum members can
choose to change their representatives at any time.

First meeting of the new TSC will be held this coming Monday 14. May.

Outgoing members of the TSC as well as other members of the FIWARE
community - I would like to encourage you to participate in the TSC moving
forward, share your ideas and opinions. Of course without the right to
