[Fiware-chapter-leaders] IBM roles

Dear partners,

I would like to share with you the details of IBM's organization in 
FI-Core, starting now.
- Eliot Salant will act as the Cloud chapter leader, and will be our 
contact point for work packages/groups in streams 2 and 3
- I will act the Cloud chapter architect, and will be our contact point 
for work package 1.1
- Ezra Silvera and Kalman Meth will be the contact points for IaaS 
Resource Management and Object Storage GEs respectively
- Tali Yatzkar-Haham will continue being the contact point for CEP GE (in 
WP 1.3)

Let me welcome the new team members, and wish everyone a fruitful 
collaboration.
