[Fiware-chapter-leaders] Technical Roadmap - Where to provide content? What structure?

This structure comes from a resolution taken by the management committee two years ago.

Well, my understanding is:

·         Goal : what you intend to reach concisely

·         Description: you elaborate on how the goal is implemented.

·         Rationale : how you justify its existence

Completion criteria is interesting.
Why don't you propose it for review to the management committee?

I suggest simplifying this, and having just one single field. I always struggle to figure out the fundamental difference between the three..
If we want more than one field, I would recommend adding a 'completion criteria' - specification of the expected end result/outcome, how would one verify that the item is actually complete.

Many of you are working on the Technical Roadmap.
I suggest providing the issues' content in JIRA, in the description field.

The description structure holds three fields: Goal, Description and Rationale.
