[Fiware-chapter-leaders] Clarification: forge projects to join

Just a clarification. As regards the forge projects to join, I would expect you to apply for these forge projects:

  *   FI-WARE
  *   FI-WARE PPP Restricted
  *   Those projects that correspond with chapters where you are involved

Unfortunately it seems that Joel (sustainability leader) and Thierry (IoT leader) could not make it to 5 of the 6 last coordination meetings so the link with their teams must be a bit loose. Distributing this may help a bit.

FORGE SET UP
This is something you do not see as it is silently done by Bitergia but I should report on this. We have spent tons of hours researching tools and unfortunately we cannot see good alternatives to the old forge we used in the past. We will therefore update it in the future to a more modern version. We  will also try to use LDAP and unify users between repositories (JIRA, Catalogue. FIWARE Academy) but let us see how far we can get.

The coordinators should start telling their people to join the forge now. These are the leaders as I see them from the kickoff notes and their responsible people on the forge:

FOR THE LEADERS

  *   Please ensure that all your teams join your forge project and provide support if needed. Note that the leaders/architects are the primary contact points for forge and mailing list support.
  *   I remind you that the maintenance of this mailing list (fiware at lists.fi-ware.org<mailto:fiware at lists.fi-ware.org>) is delegated to all leaders (chapter leaders, architects and working group leaders). If someone in your teams does not get this message, please ask one of the leaders to add him/her. All of us should be here, it is the general list.
  *   The leaders of the respective WPs should also maintain the mailing list internal to each group (fiware-apps at lists.fi-ware.org<mailto:fiware-apps at lists.fi-ware.org>, fiware-cloud at lists.fi-ware.org<mailto:fiware-cloud at lists.fi-ware.org>, etc.)
  *   I assume that you hold periodic WP calls (weekly) and keep a list of minutes of meeting. We will ask for them at some point so please keep them. The template to use is:
