[Fiware-chapter-leaders] work procedures in FI-Core

Dear Manuel, Miguel,

Can you, please, clarify the intended approach regarding FI-Core work 
procedures? A large portion of the partners are familiar with those from 
FI-WARE (although I assume there are some who are completely new), but I 
understand that at least some of these procedures are going to change 
(e.g., using JIRA instead of tracker?). Is there a plan to update the wiki 
with the new procedures? Are we going to keep the old ones for the 
remaining FI-WARE deliverables? Are we expected to be able to start 
planning the upcoming release/sprint? Should we continue using the 
existing wiki pages specifying the Roadmap, Architecture, 
"Materializing..", etc? Or maybe create a new copy for the next release? 
Etc..
I assume you are working on all this, but would appreciate a status 
update.
