[Fiware-chapter-leaders] Backlog evaluation

Dear all,

Based on the feedback received from Manuel, the status of the backlog is this:

As this is the 1st time, the karma has low positive/negative scores but on coming occasions it will have a bigger impact as the backlog is at the core of FIWARE. Manuel may automate the karma per GE also at some point(it is not feasible to make it by hand for around 60 GEs!). But his priority should be deliverable generation now.

The karma of Academy and Catalogue was merged in a single row for this chapter.

As the chapter leaders have passed me the list of google users of the people who have requested access to the karma sheet, I will make it private to those users in the near future. May I clarify that any member of the FIWARE team has the right to request access it.
