[Fiware-chapter-leaders] Is there a Hello World?

Dear Miguel,
  let me take advantage from your message to reinforce what said during the
last coordination call ...

"Every GEi able to define a Hello World example should create it and
publish it in the FIWARE Academy"

To keep track on this and to push for having this done, I propose to create
tickets in Jira related to the task "3.2.2 Training content [...]", where
all the GEi owners have dedicated effort ... and are "supposed" to
contribute.
