[Fiware-chapter-leaders] Agile: Closing Sprint 5.1.3 - Deadline 31.December at 12:00 CET

Dear Partners,

We are approaching the end of the year when holidays are normal practice in our communities.
In this context holding meetings to close the sprint is going to be difficult and probably ineffective.

Therefore, my proposal is to close the sprint 5.1.3 and release 5.1 on your own.
If any chapter or working group want to do it within their regular weekly meeting is welcome as well but don't expect me attending.

So for each GE owner,

1-      Close the issues as you meet the targets

2-      Check your help desk issues daily. Remember our first feedback should happen in the first 24 hours at least to acknowledge the incoming request.

3-      Before leaving on holidays, PLEASE, close the sprint closing work item and provide your retrospective

So for each Chapter Leader,

1-      Close the sprint planning work item before leaving on holidays

2-      You'll collect and provide the chapter retrospective in January

I'll be closing effectively the sprint and release on 31st December at 12:00 CET.
