[Fiware-chapter-leaders] Important: NEW FIWARE-TAB, WE NEED YOUR HELP!

 Hi all,



Ogilvy has implemented a new tab "news" (http://www.fiware.org/news/) at
our website.

Here we will publish only FIWARE news, but only news in short format (a
picture and a short text). They could refer to events, states of open
calls, institutional meetings etc.


Besides, we will announce other interesting topics to communicate (and
right now we are not communicating) like technical info about FIWARE
(evolution of the Lab, GE improvements, new releases, new nodes, etc.)

*Which will be the contents of this section?*

Short and dynamic contents (a maximum of two paragraphs) dealing only with
FIWARE and consisting on information that must be published but not really
detailed:

   - FIWARE LAB & GEs/ FIWARE ACADEMY: Platform updates (new releases,
   improvements, beta launches, demos, webinars, etc.)
   - FIWARE MUNDUS: Updated information about the accomplishments of FIWARE
   Mundus (new nodes, agreements with cities, etc.)
   - CSAs: Communication about the training of FI-Business. Updated
   information about the calls for innovation hubs, etc.
   - USE CASES:  Updated information about their projects, new demos, etc
   - ACCELERATOR PROGRAMME: Updated information about the 16 A; i.e.
   opening and closing of calls, selection process, information about the
   selected projects.
   - INSTITUTIONAL: meetings with the European Commission, internal work
   teams, etc.

*Which will be the sources of information?*

   - *OGILVY*: We will update periodically with the projects we are working
   on (such as the FIWARE presence in 4YFN).
   - *A16* We will be glad to share every piece of updated information that
   accelerators may want to share with us (such as their meetings in events,
   the opening and closing of their calls, their training sessions…)
   - *FIWARE MUNDUS:* We will be glad to share every piece of updated
   information such as the first contact with the Japanese government, the
   opening of the Brazilian node, etc.
   - *CSAs**:* Information such as their business training sessions for the
   selected teams, etc.
   - *TECHNOLOGICAL CHAPTERS LEADERS**:* such New Context Broker update,
   new cores in the FIWARE Lab, meetings of partners, evolution of FIWARE
   Academy, etc.
   - *EC*: Internal meeting of the accelerators to define contents, etc.
   - *USE CASES*: Updated information about their projects, new demos,
   meetings, presentations of their results, etc.

*Which are the characteristics of these contents?*

   - PICTURE: just one picture per content.
   - TEXT:
      - Headline: we recommend no more 40 characters
      - Short text with a maximum recommended  of 200 words

*How many are we publishing?*

We would like to publish all the information that NEED TO BE communicated.

*How will we share these contents?*

   1. The latest publication will be visible on the new homepage.
   2. All contents will be shared on Twitter:     All news will be
   accompanied by the hashtag #FIWARENews.
   3. Depending on the contents, other networks will be considered (such as
   LinkedIn or Facebook).
