[Fiware-chapter-leaders] Fwd: Request to Join Project FI-WARE MIWI

Hi,

The forge "per-chapter-projects" are restricted to FIWARE project
members. Most of the leaders reject users outside of the chapter members
(cloud may not accept IoT people, to make up an example - I do not know
if this is the actual case!). It is up to the leader.

But this case is more mixed. This person, as an accelerator should be
politely rejected (if not chapter restricted, this is definitely FIWARE
restricted).  But as a person working in a FIWARE member company, he has
a different status (see partner 24 in the attached DoW). This is why I
did not bother warning chapter leaders in this case(I saw him ask for
access to more projects)

If I was a chapter leader I would never accept him if he is not part of
the team. But it is your choice.

I CC the chapter leaders because this question is of general interest.
