[Fiware-chapter-leaders] specific enablers?

Good question. I really doubt that this is anywhere. It seems that each use case does it on its own. Example: http://lab.mediafi.org/index.php

We were going to open up the catalogue (and FIWARE Academy, FI-STAR is already there! ) to make room for external contributors, including the Use Cases. But it seems that this info is scattered and you should website by website to each use case to find what you are after.

BTW, others may have better info than me, I do not normally go outside our project and I talk very little to the Use Cases.

Before you say ... there is no discussion that this is far from ideal.
