[Fiware-chapter-leaders] Agile: Sprint 4.4.1 Closing and 4.4.2 Planning - directions

Dear Chapter Leaders,

Let me inform you on some directions for next sprint closing and planning meetings.

You know the dynamic to follow perfectly well.
I won't be able to attend the sprint and closing meetings; everything will be the same except I won't be present in the meetings.
However, I'll try to close the trackers on 31st July.

Let me remind you the backlog has already its corresponding guide, in case there're doubts:

Exceptionally I won't be organising the Sprint Review Meeting and my proposal is to skip it for this sprint.

I've already created the sprint closing issues, in case you go on holidays earlier.
I'm also about to create the sprint planning issues as well.

If any doubt or objection, please, don't hesitate to let me know.
