[Fiware-chapter-leaders] 1st FI-Core review

Dear all,

The doodle poll throws a clear winner. The idea would be to organize it as follows:

  *   Tuesday,7  + Wednesday, 8: a 2 day Rehearsal
  *   Thursday, 9 and Friday, 10: a 2 day review

(I will apply a minor item of karma to the leaders based on whether they took the trouble to vote or not)

Expected attendees:

  *   Coordination
  *   At least one representing each chapter (leader, architect or both)  - whoever does it should be able to defend the work from a technical and also organizational point of view (milestones, etc. )
  *   Leaders of key activities: FIWARE Lab, FIWARE Ops, Sustainability, Press Office, Demo activities …

Please save these days in your calendars. I intend to inform Arian at the end of today of our choice. Until then, you can voice any complaints until then.

Dear all,

Arian is asking for a 1st FI-Core review shortly. He's asking a for dates. Before we continue, we want to gather the availability of those attending (just those!) here:

Note that will need 1 or 2 days to rehearse ... maybe we do not want to choose a Monday, do we?  I am assuming that this one is a one-day review.
