[Fiware-chapter-leaders] fiware oss community governance - definitions

dear all,

as agreed you should have already received an invitation for commenting the
definitions in the fiware governance model as discussed today.

i gave you only the commenting rigth so it easy then to collect all the
comments, also possible via email, without changing the document which
could cause to loose the consistency of the element under discussion.

let's say commenting is open till wednesday eob, so that i can generate a
new version for thursday and then juanjo to send the reply to cef on friday
as agreed.
