[Fiware-chapter-leaders] [Fiware-wpl] flua open tickets

Hi,

I changed the recipient list to the "chapter-leaders" one (the original message went to the "old" WPL list - there are so many resources that these things will happen sometimes)

I do not want to enter a discussion that maybe it not going to be too productive but I want to report that we took this warning seriously. I checked with my colleagues to see if something needed more resources or a new prioritization. I also took a look at some tickets and they seemed fine to me.

Apparently you have discussed it in private and you already have the data but I do not want the rest of the team to have a wrong impression. This is the info I was given for the tickets assigned to us in the Spanish node (the query is from yesterday night):

  *   151 resolved
  *   2  impeded
  *   1  answered
  *   1 is open

What I see in the FLUA tracker is that the Spanish node is by far the top contributor of work in FLUA and the situation is under control. Let me know otherwise because we cannot leave this unattended.

if they are still not closed, and some of them from about 50 days as you said, this is due either to the lack of response from the further assigned node (spain most of the cases), or becouse the data provided by the requestor are not enough and are still under clarifications with alfonso and daniele.

we do not have visibility about those tickets which directly go to specific accelerator/node responsible. happy to support also in this case provided we do have the means.
