Dear Manuel,

Not possible from my side, that day.

So can we go for two morning sessions one on Monday 6th July and the second Tuesday 7th.

This could be far more reasonable rather than to have non stop sessions going over lunch time till 2pm.

Dear Chapter leaders,

The meeting to review the progress and achievement met on Release 4.3 and Sprint 4.3.3 is scheduled for Monday 6th July.

I plan to send invitations to the consortium tomorrow, so please let me know if any other key meeting is overriding it.

Please, be aware all sessions are brought to the morning: from 9:00 to 14:00 with a 30 minutes break at 11:00.
This change is to comply with the fact many partners are working on morning sessions during summer time.
