[Fiware-chapter-leaders] Trial and Community Accounts for "other developers"

Dear all,
Let me raise an important issue that is becoming relevant now that the trial and community accounts process has started. Beyond A16 startups, we are launching or about to lunch a number of events and collaborations for which FIWARE Lab is supposed to be used. Let me name a few:

·         TMForum Hackathon in the next dates

·         Smart City App Hack, the challenge/hackathon on Smart Cities that FI-Core sponsors in Barcelona and several other cities all over the world, where developers may use FIWARE GEs, APIs and data to create smart city applications from now until November (the final runs in the SCEWC’15).

·         Campus Party Mexico Hackathon.

·         ODINE accelerator, an open data accelerator consortium (similar to the A16 but open to other platforms and technologies), where a number of entrepreneurs could use FIWARE GEs and data in the Lab to create applications.

Additionally, there are training activities in Universities (formal or not so formal), developers weeks, etc. where these resources are required.

All of them will need at least trial accounts (for hackathons) and community accounts (for longer term activities). How can we proceed to “open” /enable accounts for these users and eventually to upgrade to community?
