Hi Manuel, all,

There were 2 open tickets for general help, one of them was incomplete without info from the sender, and I just closed it.

And one more answered by Sergio Garcia, but not closed. I've asked him the status.

Apart from that General-help is updated and all tickets are closed/managed.

We have a question about the stats for Collaboration, as all tickets are being answered daily. Can you please clarify if there are other open tickets missed?

Hi Malena,

Please, have a look at the General Channel in the help desk urgently since there seem to be a number of pending issues averaging 144 days.
It's evident from this new view drawn from the help desk to understand how channels are contributing.
The pie graph to the left shows the channel 'weight', and the column graph to the right their mean reaction time.
