[Fiware-chapter-leaders] Status of Open specs

Hi all,

Although I made an effort and stayed late I could not finish all due (again) to higher priorities. But I wanted to give you a quick update.

I have a rough template here:

  *   https://wiki.fiware.org/FIWARE_OpenSpecifications_front_page

Pending tasks on my side:

  *   Test this with a list of links and the wiki generation tool
  *   Create a cover per chapter and send you the links
  *   Porting the Open Specs in R4 to the wiki as the official and current ones
  *   Sending detailed guidelines to  generate the deliverables

Things that you can do in the meantime:

  *   Ensure that you have all the details per GE (see the table "Quick Reference Table" in the draft cover) and send reminders or requests for clarifications to the Ge owners if you detect relevant omissions.
  *   Provide suggestions/corrections if there's something particularly screaming in the template - if they really improve this I'll try to take them into account,  but never at the cost of further delaying the delivery.

If a given GE starts playing the usual game of "one delays all", we may consider partial submissions stating clearly which ones are late. The "good" ones must be able to deliver now.
