Unfortunately this week I have an issue with having our Chapter Lead audio conf on Thursday 14:30. Simply because I have an meeting/audio clash.

This whereas I could have it today as I was expected till receiving your email …

So is there any other option ? Friday for example ? could we go for a poll to best decide ?

Juanjo contacted me with his a availability today. He can only make it on Thursday so let us take the result of the doodle poll as good for this week.  I am aware of the difficulties of Philipp and Monica in attending at such time but it is this or nothing, the meeting will be far less efficient this time if he's not there.

I'll send a calendar appointment later but I can anticipate the details:
