[Fiware-chapter-leaders] Architecture guidelines

Dear all,

I have received questions around the architecture deliverable. While the
technical part is dealt with in the TC if I am right, the more formal
one (template, tools, etc.) need some sort of guidance. I'll send
something soon. This is just an early notice to prevent the situation
where someone works in vain.
