dear miguel,

it is true that participation is a bit relaxed, but it is also true, as my
colleagues are pointing out, that reminder and/or calendar invitations at
the moment a bit confusing.

i know you have a lot to do and to follow, can you please send a clarifying
email and/or calendar permanent invitation?

if i may, my suggestion is not to cancel the meetings, but always to have
them keeping eventually them very short if there is not much to tell or
discuss. this way people have less excuse about missing confirmations or so.
