[Fiware-chapter-leaders] Report of Observations from the Coordinator

Dear all,

As you may recall, there was a last section in the FI-Core Y1 report ("4.6 Observations from the coordination for consideration by the EC") where we anticipated that the coordinator would send a separate document that addresses the fact the "the reporting supplied by each partner is their own and the coordination cannot change it. We as coordinators can, however, make several comments that the EC may take into account at the time of assessing costs. Although the vast majority of the reporting is accurate, there are exceptions. The coordinator will send a separate message to the EC and the reviewers transparently expressing where they cannot endorse the reporting."

We would like to share with you the document that we've sent to the EC(attached).
