[Fiware-chapter-leaders] FIWARE Catalogue maintenance and update

Dear FIWARE Catalogue GE owner,

Following the deprecation of the PPP-Testbed environment, we have manually
removed all references to it in all currently published GE Instances tab,
as well as updated the GE terms of service.
For future publications, please ensure no PPP-Testbed references are made
in your corresponding GE entries.
