[Fiware-chapter-leaders] Delivery of 3rd issue of the roadmap

basic instructions in red (of course, delete the red bits in the final

You may be aware that Cloud already delivered the other day.

You can use the automated  tool to generate the doc from the wiki and 
these links or by hand with copy-paste.

The  page with "Releases and Sprints numbering, with mapping to calendar 
dates" is somewhat troublesome to include. You may want to take it from 
this doc that I enclose and overwrite with copy-paste to save time. 
Ensure that it looks like it (landscape, etc.)

Alternatively, you can try to generate the whole doc by hand (copy-paste 
from the wiki)
