[Fiware-cloud] Roadmap deliverable

Dear partners,

Thanks a lot for your responsiveness - I was able to generate a draft of 
the roadmap deliverable, and sent it to the coordinator for review.
Meanwhile, I would appreciate if you could review it too, and let me know 
if you have any comments.
In particular, I wonder whether we want to include more Epics (aggregating 
groups of features in the roadmap).
Would appreciate your feedback by the end of the day today (otherwise it 
might be too late).
