[Fiware-cloud] Low Performance (55%) - Why?

As you see in the attached note from Manuel, we, the Cloud chapter, are 
getting low performance ratings.  The reason impart is that we have errors 
associated with our Jira issues.   I successfully fixed the errors related 
to coordination, but I need your help with those that are GE related. I've 
list each GE owner and the  backlog review list of the problems they need 
to fix.  Please take care of this ASAP.
