[Fiware-cloud] Sprint 4.3.1 Planning

We have begun the current Sprint planning (

You all know what needs to be done.   Create issues describe what you plan 
to accomplish and get rid of the backlog of issues that our pulling down 
our performance.

Our next weekly teleconference is on Wednesday the 8th.  Offically we are 
doing our Sprint Planning, however if we all complete the above then the 
meeting should only be a formality and we can finish it quickly.   This a
