[Fiware-cloud] FIWARE Cloud - Sprint 4.3.1 closing (updates)

On Wednesday's meeting we are closing Sprint 4.3.1.  We still have plenty 
of unresolved issues for the Sprint and too many Aged issues.  We improved 
a lot in badly formatted issues , but two new ones emerged for Murano. 
(see below).   
Also,  Manuel has noticed that only a few of you are adding retrospectives 
to the Sprint Closing issues. Add your retrospective comments to 
https://jira.fiware.org/browse/CLD-411. 

Please attend to the issues before Wednesday's meeting..
